These terms apply to your use of sunjotsingh.in and to the free Google Ads audit call offered on it. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to them. "I", "me" and "my" mean Sunjot Singh, Delhi, India.
1. The free audit call
The audit is a free, no-obligation 30-minute video call in which I review your Google Ads account and share observations and suggestions. Read-only access is enough; I won't make changes to your account without your written approval. Suggestions are general guidance based on what I can see and aren't a guarantee of any result.
I may decline or reschedule calls, for example if the business is outside the markets or budget range I currently work with.
2. Conversion tracking bonus
If you book an audit call during the bonus window shown on the page, I'll set up or fix your Google Ads conversion tracking at no charge. This is limited to one per business, applies to standard website forms, calls and purchase events, depends on you providing the access needed and on your website's technical setup, and must be taken up within 60 days of the call. It has no cash value. The stated value reflects my standard price for this work.
3. Paid services
Any paid work, such as ongoing account management or landing page builds, is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement setting out scope, fees and terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins. Your advertising spend is paid by you directly to Google and isn't part of my fees.
4. No guarantees
Advertising results depend on many factors outside my control, including your market, competition, offer, pricing, margins, website and Google's own systems. Case studies and figures on this site describe past campaigns and aren't a promise of similar results. Calculator results on the home page are illustrative estimates only.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to only grant access to accounts you're authorised to share, and not to misuse the site (for example spam, attempts to break security, or automated scraping).
6. Third-party services
Booking uses Calendly, and advertising runs on Google's platforms. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them. I'm not responsible for third-party services or websites linked from this site.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design and text of this site belong to me unless stated otherwise. Audit notes I share with you are yours to use for your own business.
8. Confidentiality
Anything I see in your accounts is kept confidential and used only to help you. I'm happy to sign a reasonable NDA before an audit on request.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of this site or the free audit. For the free audit, my total liability is limited to INR 5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
11. Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
