Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information I collect on sunjotsingh.in, why, and the choices you have. "I", "me" and "my" mean Sunjot Singh, an independent Google Ads specialist based in Delhi, India. For any privacy question, email sunjot56singh@gmail.com.
1. What I collect

I don't need, and never ask for, your Google Ads password. For audits, read-only account access is enough.
2. How I use it
I use your information to reply to your enquiry, schedule and hold your audit call, prepare your audit, send a follow-up email about your enquiry, protect the site from spam and abuse, understand site visits and measure which of my own ads bring enquiries (according to your cookie choice), and meet legal obligations. I don't sell your personal information.
3. Legal bases (UK and EU visitors)
I rely on: taking steps at your request before a possible contract (answering your enquiry and holding the call); my legitimate interests (running and securing this website, and following up once on your enquiry); and your consent (analytics and advertising cookies for visitors in the UK and EU, which you can withdraw at any time).
4. Who I share it with
I only share information with service providers who help me run this site and my business, under their own privacy and security terms:

I may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect my rights, users or the public.
5. International transfers
I work from India, and my providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on the provider's legal safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long I keep it
Enquiries and booking details: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together (then for as long as the engagement and legal record-keeping require). Enquiries that aren't a fit: up to 12 months. Spam-protection data (a scrambled form of your IP address): 10 minutes. Cookies: see the Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict how I use it, and withdraw consent at any time. This includes rights under the UK and EU GDPR, California's CCPA/CPRA (you have the right to know, delete and correct, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights), Canada's PIPEDA, Singapore's PDPA and Australia's Privacy Act.

8. Security
The site uses HTTPS. Form entries are checked for spam on my server, and the link to my lead sheet is kept private on the server, not in the web page. No online system is 100% secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Children
This site is for businesses and isn't intended for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
